All dealerships should do business like this! Excellent service from start to finish. From my first phone call with Paul to then doing the deal with Rob, everything was straight forward and easy. I test drove the car, discussed a price and agreed one that both sides were happy with and did the deal. No bluster, no upselling, just plain talking about what to expect for my budget. I collected the car a few days later (and was kindly offered the use of a car should I need it in the meantime) and was smitten! My car was beautiful! Inside and out had been given the royal treatment, not to mention the service and the battery fully charged (EV). It drives beautifully and I LOVE it! The small things like the offer of the car, even though I didn’t need one, and the “Luck Penny” are much appreciated and make you feel valued as a customer. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Ray Crofton Motors at all, in fact, you’d be doing yourself a dis service if you didn’t consider them for your next car.
